The Malta Human Services Foundation exists exclusively for charitable, educational, religious, scientific, and literary purposes (including not-for-profit hospital and medical facilities), or for the prevention of cruelty to children, in accordance with the provision of the Certificate of Incorporation. The organizational purpose of the Foundation is to operate exclusively for the benefit of the Sovereign Military Order of Saint John of Jerusalem of Rhodes and of Malta , American Association, U.S.A.
