Haiti Earthquake Crisis Relief
We send you an urgent plea for help. The people of Haiti are suffering from the devastating effects of the earthquake that hit Haiti on Tuesday, January 12th, creating havoc, death and injury to millions of Haitians.
The American Association supports three major missions in Haiti. Each of our missions is in desperate need of funds to provide emergency relief and medical assistance and to buy food for starving children, mothers and fathers, and elderly Haitians. These people depend upon us for help during this crisis and for the foreseeable future.
Dear friends, we have over 1,800 members in the American Association of the Order of Malta. If each of us would give generously, we could make a significant impact toward helping our brothers and sisters in Haiti, the least of our brethren in the poorest of poor countries. Please help this cause and send whatever you can; we will let you know how our Order has come to the aid of the Haitian families who depend upon us for survival from day-to-day during these very bad times.
