XXVII Lourdes Pilgrimage 2012
Applications continue to be accepted for the American Association’s 27th Annual Lourdes Pilgrimage scheduled for May 2nd to May 8th.
The Lourdes Pilgrimage has been identified by the Grand Master as one of the most important works of the Order of Malta. Through the pilgrimage, members give witness to their faith when they visit the Domain and pray to Our Lady for her intercession. Knights and Dames show their commitment in assisting the sick and the poor as they work in teams tending to “Our Lords, the Malades”. For many it is a life-changing experience.
Knights and Dames who are interested in attending this year’s Pilgrimage should complete and submit your applications as soon as possible, There are still some spaces available but the time for departure is rapidly approaching. Please consider making the pilgrimage if you haven’t already signed up. Applications are available in the “Members Only” section of the Association’s web site (www.maltausa.org). Alternatively, you can contact Carla at the New York office at carla@maltausa.org or 212-371-1522.
